This project included a complete reconfiguration of and addition to the main level of the home. The new addition flows seamlessly into the original home and includes a master bedroom, family room with massive custom distressed timbers and a two sided limestone fireplace that is shared with the brand new outdoor living space. The remodel to the remainder of the home includes an en suite master bath with walk in shower, soaker tub, heated floors and double vanity. The walk in closet, directly off the master bath, attaches to the laundry room for convenience. Other renovations include a gourmet kitchen with built in coffee station, pantry with custom barn doors, Juliet balcony overlooking the family room, an LED lit staircase, an additional fireplace, powder room, dining room, living room and home office.
