We started with a partially gutted second floor to one of the most famous historic buildings in Dodge City, the Santa Fe Depot. Once home to the Harvey Hotel, the upper level of the depot is now home to three of the community's civic entities: the Dodge City Area Chamber of Commerce, the Dodge City/Ford County Economic Development Corporation, and the Convention and Visitors Bureau. In order to make the space work for everyone, walls were moved or added to create new offices, bathrooms and common areas. Conant Constuction was tasked with completing framing, drywall, stucco, painting, doors, trim and custom hardware.
