This commercial design-build project includes corporate offices, retail space, break room, conference room and training area. Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) were used for exterior walls over a full basement with concrete deck. A complete geothermal heating and cooling system, along with LED lighting, are a couple of choices the client made to ensure a "green" energy efficient build. Interior finishes provide a comfortable, yet professional, atmosphere. The exterior was designed to complement the historic character of the Old West in Dodge City, KS.
